Common solutions
Before asking for help, please try these first.
“This program is unavailable in your country.”
- Remove your L10N folder from the game path.
- Click Check on your launcher to repair.
“Failed to Initialize the game” / “Unable to reset the game.”
- Your client contains corrupted files — make a clean install.
- Remove or change your game-path folder and re-download the game.
“No game server is available to the authorization server.”
- Click Check on your launcher to repair the client.
- Add an exception for GamezAION.exe in your firewall.
- Start GamezAION.exe as Administrator.
