Refund Policy
Donations keep GamezAION running. Here is what happens to a donation once it is made.

All donations are final
A donation is a voluntary gift that keeps the server running. The Credits we give in return are our thanks for it, not something you buy, so a donation is not refunded in any way once it has been made.
Lost or stolen items
Credits, items and other virtual assets are not restored if they are lost or stolen. Keep your account safe: use a password you use nowhere else and never share it. Staff will never ask you for it.
Credits that haven’t arrived
This is not a refund but a delivery problem, and we will put it right. Credits from PayPal usually arrive automatically and Credits from PayOP shortly after. If yours haven’t, contact support with your transaction ID.
The donation terms
Every donation is made under these terms, the same ones shown on the donate page:
- 1 You agree, that Credits are voluntary transfers of virtual assets from private individuals.
- 2 Donations are materials given by private persons without receiving anything in exchange.
- 3 You agree, that by making a donation you are not buying any product or service.
- 4 To show our appreciation we reward donators with Credits in return for their support.
- 5 The donations are used to keep the server up and running, as well as improving our network.
- 6 You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.
- 7 You agree, that virtual assets such as player items will not be restored if lost or stolen.
